WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?
In the text below, for our agency kancelarija 2.0 will be used word AGENCY, and for our customers, we'll use the word CUSTOMER. For AGENCY services (day trips, excursions, concierge services, transfers, trip planning, accommodation, experiences etc.) we'll use the word SERVICES.
BOOKING PROCEDURE & PRICING
On its web page dalmatiaconcept.com Agency offers direct online booking for the Services that have availability for certain periods to be booked instantly, without previous availability request. For Services that Agency needs to check availability, Customer will send Inquiry form, and the Agency will answer to arrange customized service.
ONLINE BOOKING PAYMENT PROCEDURE
After Customer have chosen the Service via Agency's web or through the sales channels, Customer will get the option to pay instantly by PayPal Inc., that authorizes payment procedure. Customer will also get the option of sending inquiry to Agency. In that case, Agency will provide to Customer generated link to make the payment, by PayPal Inc. account , or by credit card through the PayPal Inc.s' secured payment getaway where possible, or by sending pro forma invoice for the advance payment directly to the Agency's Bank account.
After direct online booking procedure or after sending inquiry, the Agency will have access to the personal data that Customer has filled up in order to book selected Service or in order to request quote. If the Customer has selected instant payment by Pay now button, the Agency will use the email provided by Customer to send booking details, such as voucher and additional information on Service. If the Customer selected Send inquiry option for the Service, the Agency will use the email provided by Customer to send booking quote / offer and generated payment link or pro forma invoice for advance payment. After confirmation is done by online payment, Agency will send invoice to Customer. If the preferred payment is by Bank wire, Agency will send invoice after receiving the payment via official Agency's Bank account provided in quote document to Customer. If the payment is in cash or by credit card, in Agency's Head Office, the Agency will print out the invoice to Customer in person, at the spot.
All Services have fixed price expressed in EUR. Services that will be payed online by PayPal Inc.'s secured getaway, will be automatically converted and charged in EUR, through the PayPal Inc.'s converting method. If the payment is by Bank transfer via Agency's official Bank account, the payment will be translated in Croatian Kuna (HRK or KN) according Croatian National Bank midpoint exchange rate at the date of receiving payment. If the payment is directly by credit card or by cash (local currency) at the Agency's Head Office, Customer will be charged in Croatian Kuna according the Croatian National Bank midpoint exchange rate.
Accepted payment methods at Agency's Head Office are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Bank wire, Cash (local currency Croatian kuna). Accepted payment for advance payment are PayPal Inc.secure getaway and Bank wire transfer.
The Agency is not in VAT system, therefore there will be no extra VAT fees for your bookings.
Each tour listing on our web page dalmatiaconcept.com has highlighted cancellation policy by the description of the tour. With confirmed booking (after the deposit payment was done), Customer agrees on our cancellation policy. If supplier of the trip client booked, has different cancellation policy than ours, we will highlight that fact to our client in our communication before making any payments to confirm the booking.
- For booking confirmation Agency requires 30 % advance payment as booking confirmation
- The balance of 70 % should be settled by Customer at least 28 days before arrival
- If cancellation of accommodation is cancelled up to 29 days before arrival, cancellation fee is 30 % of total reservation cost
- If cancellation of accommodation is cancelled 28 - 0 days before arrival,or in case of No Show, cancellation fee is 100 % of total reservation cost
- With confirmed booking (after the deposit payment was done), Customer agrees on our cancellation policy.
LOCAL TOURIST TAX
According to Croatian law, property owners are obligated to check in each guest staying in their property, on e-visitor network , powered by Croatian Tourist Board, in order to collect statistic data on Croatian tourism and in order to control obligated Local Tourist Tax payment. Customers (guests) are obligated to provide to property owners (or to official representatives of the owner) the valid ID document. Cost of the Local Tourist Tax is defined by Croatian Tourist Board, depending on accommodation location and season period (average price is 1 EUR per day per person). Depending on owner's decision, Local Tourist Tax can be included in accommodation price. In case it is not stricitly signed as included in price, clients (guests) will be asked to settle the payment upon the arrival to the property they booked. Prices defined on our web page dalmatiaconcpet.com do not have included Local Tourist Tax, and clients (guests) will be asked to settle it upon their arrival in property they have booked.
Each Experience offered, since it is tailor made- will have highlighted cancellation policy in quote sent to Customer. With confirmed booking (after the deposit payment was done), Customer agrees on our cancellation policy.
VOUCHER & THIRD PARTY
Voucher sent to Customer's provided email serves as a confirmation of payed Services. It contains booked Services arranged by Agency, transportation information, guide's contact information, accommodation details and similar. Customer will use the voucher in order to prove the third party (Agency's business partner or suppliers, if any ) that the Service has been payed. Agency is obligated to take care that the information on voucher are correct and valid and that the third party (Agency's business partner's or suppliers) are introduced with the Service that Customer has booked. The third party (if any in the Service booked by Customer) will charge the Agency according the voucher that Agency provided and forwarded both to Customer and third party. If there are extra fees, to be payed directly to third party (Agency's business partner or supplier), the Agency is obligated to inform the Customer and to add the note on voucher.
Travel insurance is strongly advised to be purchased before all your travels! None of Agency's offered services has included travel insurance and Agency is obligated to offer to its Customers a travel insurance package for the stay in Croatia.
